Astral World Travel
Close your eyes. The adventure begins.
The final book takes the child on an expansive journey through the dream world. They fly through the sky, travel over the ocean, soar across mountains and race alongside an otherworldly friend. The journey feels limitless as they travel around the world in what seems like an instant.
When morning comes, the child wakes feeling refreshed and ready for the dayβbut is already excited about going back to sleep and continuing the adventure.
The pre-sleep mantras encourage children to approach dreams as adventures and to recognize their own power within the dream experience:
βDreams are like adventures.β
βI am a super-hero when I sleep.β
βI trust that I am protected when dreaming.β
Children can also create their own words to repeat before sleep.
The dream journal asks children to imagine what their dream friend looks like, identify their favorite place to astral travel, and describe how they know their dream friend protects them. They can also explore what they like most about dreaming before drawing their own dream landscapes.
